 Driving While Intoxicated

An experienced aggressive criminal lawyer fighting for your rights

Have you been arrested for driving while intoxicated? The biggest mistake you can make is not hiring a DWI defense lawyer when you have been arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. You will have 15 days to request an Administrative License Hearing to start the fight to keep your license. The Department of Public Safety must prove the police officer had reasonable suspicision  to stop and uphold the case to suspend your license by the lowest judgement standard in the law, ” a preponderance of the evidence.” DWI Lawyer Wayne Goralski has successfully defended against this standard causing DPS to lose the right to suspend a client’s driver’s license as a result of an ALR Hearing.
